Tavern “Kapitelschenke” in Bressanone/Brixen

The “Kapitelschenke” is available in the summer from July to October and is located on the ground floor of Restaurant Künstlerstübele Oste Scuro/Finsterwirt in the historic town centre of Bressanone/Brixen.

At the “Kapitelschenke”, you can expect authentic South Tyrolean cuisine with a variety of flavourful entrees, wonderful salads and sweet desserts from our own patisserie. Most of these dishes are made using traditional methods, but nonetheless offer a delicate emphasis on the young, modern South Tyrolean cuisine. As always, they incorporate fresh and easily digestable ingredients from our region.
Our wines from renowned South Tyrolean top vineyards and our cool beers are recommended as a pleasant and enjoyable accompaniment to our culinary specialities.
