For more than four decades, the owner Hermann Mayr has been
one of the best chefs in South Tyrol and will spoil you together with his team, offering
young South Tyrolean cuisine. Hermann Mayr sees himself as a servant to nature. With this concept in the background, he uses
regional products, stimulating and creatively refining the basis for first-class delicacies. The passionate chef gives every dish a personal touch and continuously creates new surprises. This, in turn, stimulates him and brings new creations to the forefront.

The best dishes and exquisite wines are complemented by a comfortable ambience. Our
Stuben (lounges) are furnished in true South Tyrolean style. Decked in art and history, they invite you to enjoy your surroundings during small and large events. The courtyard terrace is ideal for a small lunch menu or a business lunch, a refreshing aperitif or for any personal occasion with its degustation menu.

Closed: Sunday evening and all day Monday (apart from festive days).
